AIF Ltd accepts no responsibility in the event your application is declined. Whilst we will take all reasonable steps to ensure a successful application for a mortgage loan we reserve the right to charge an hourly fee should we decide that full disclosure of your personal circumstances were not made in a timely manner, this will be decided at our soul discretion.
